The recruiter's Requisitions view with configurable hiring workflow
The Requisitions view provides a single point of entry for all the actions that recruiters may require to take on requisitions and job applications. It also provides up-to-date analysis that recruiters may want to check when accessing their desktop everyday.
Requisitions panel
The Requisitions panel shows all of the requisitions that the recruiter is assigned to as a recruiter or alternate recruiter. The recruiter administrator sees all the requisitions for all recruiters.
For each requisition, the panel shows the location, the hiring manager, the requisition status, and the posting status. You can perform actions:

To create a new requisition or copy a requisition, click the All Actions Menu icon on the Requisitions panel.

To take action on the requisition, right-click or open a requisition. From the requisitions list, you can approve Draft requisitions and change the status of requisitions. Use the Search filters to locate a requisition. Locating requisitions

To display information related to the requisition on the various tabs, select a requisition on the Requisitions panel.
Overview
This tab shows the following information in dashboard format.

New From Preferred Source
This panel displays job applications that came in for the selected requisition within the last 24 hours from the organization's preferred sources.
If the list does not fit on the panel, click View All to view the complete list of job applications received for the selected requisition within the last 24 hours from the organization's preferred sources (New From Preferred Sources tab. Click the All New Applications tab to view all new applications from all sources.

Requisition Notes
This panel displays all notes entered (by anyone) for the requisition.
Click the + sign to add a new note to the requisition.

Source
This panel displays a source analysis of all job applications submitted for the selected requisition.
Pause the pointer over a source to see the number of requisitions submitted for that source.
- Fit Analysis
This panel shows information that describes the degree to which the candidate's qualifications match the job requirements. Move the pointer over the chart to view the qualifications level and behavioral level, if assessed. You can also view a larger chart.
- Requisition Notes
This panel shows notes that are attached to the requisition. You can select a note to view it, and you can view all notes.

Posting Status
This panel displays the requisition postings, including the job boards to which they are posted, the dates of the postings, and the status of the posting (Non posted or Posted live).

Interviews Today
This panel displays interviews scheduled today for the selected requisition.
Click View All to view all the interviews for the selected requisition.

Time To Fill
This panel displays an analysis of the number of days that the selected requisition has been open .
Click View Analysis to display the Analyze Time To Fill report for the requisition.
This reports includes the average days to fill the requisition (for all job applications associated with the requisition), the target days to fill (if configured for the organization), and the average number of days in each selection process. If a requisition is put on hold temporarily, the number of days on hold are deducted from the time to fill calculations.

Costs
For requisitions that have costs, this panel displays a pie chart, with each slice representing a cost type.
Pause the pointer over a slice of pie to see the cost amount for that cost type.
- Approval Tracking
This panel shows information about hiring approvals. Only administrators, approvers on the approval chain, and the requester have access to this feature. These roles can take action or monitor requests that are awaiting approval. They can view a history and errors that are associated with requests.
Workflow
This shows the candidates that are active in the workflow steps that are associated with each requisition that includes workflow. The user selects a job to view the job's workflow steps. Then the user selects a step to view the candidates and relevant information about each, including current employment information, the date that the candidate applied for the job, the date the candidate began the workflow step, the percentage of the candidate's qualifications that fit the job requirements, and disposition reasons, if applicable.
Recruiters can perform these actions:
- Send an email to a candidate
- Create a note
- View the candidate's application history
All
The All tab shows the total number of job applications for the selected requisition and lists each job application, with the percent fit, rank, application date, the selection process they are in, the candidate type (internal, external), the source, the number of applications the candidate has submitted, and a link to the resume (if applicable). The number displayed on the All tab is the sum of the numbers displayed on all the selection process tabs.
Resume
The Resume tab shows the resume of the selected candidate.
- The SoHo 4 UX web interface is required. See Enabling the SoHo 4 UX web interface.
- Configurable hiring workflow must be enabled and used on all requisitions. See Enabling configurable hiring workflow.
- Burning Glass or Talemetry must be used to parse resumes. See Burning Glass resume parsing. If you will be sending resumes with email, then you must set Send Resumes via HTML when you configure Burning Glass or Talemetry for parsing.
All candidates who are part of requisitions for which the user logged in is the recruiter or recruiter administrator are shown. Candidates who applied most recently are listed first.
To view a candidate's resume, click the candidate card.
- Send an email to the candidate. See Emailing candidate resumes.
- Create a note.
- Execute quick actions: advance, hold, discontinue, and others. See Configuring quick movements.
If a resume does not parse successfully, then an error might display on the screen when you click Generate HTML Resume. For example, if a candidate resume is more than 20 pages in length, the resume does not parse with either Burning Glass or Talemetry. If attempting to parse a non-supported document type such as a JPG, an error message is shown.
PDF resumes that have been parsed with Burning Glass are not viewable in the panel of the Resumes screen. See Supported document types for resume parsing with Talemetry and Supported document types for resume parsing with Burning Glass.
If a candidate's parsed HTML resume is not shown, the Generate HTML Resume button is available. The button calls the Burning Glass or Talemetry resume parser to generate the candidate's HTML resume.
Verifiable Credentials
The candidate's verifiable credentials such as education, certification and license, driver's license, and employment history are displayed on this tab's dashboard panel. Verifiable credentials are credentials that a candidate shares during a job application to an organization using the candidate's private key in Velocity Career Wallet.
Additional tabs
The other tabs on the requisition view list the job applications for the requisition based on the selection process they are in. Use these tabs to view and process all the job applications. Each of the selection process tabs displays the number of job applications in the selection process. For example, Screen: 3 indicates that the requisition has three job applications in the Screen selection process. Each tab lists the job applications in the corresponding selection process, with the percent fit, rank, application date, candidate type (Internal, External), the source, the number of applications the candidate has submitted, and a link to the resume (if applicable). In addition, the Screen Out Online tab displays the count of failed job application questions and failed profile questions.
