Candidate profile dashboard panels

The candidate profile dashboard can be configured in Recruiter > Candidate Pool. Recruiters and hiring managers can hide the dashboard panels that they do not use frequently.

The candidate profile dashboard is organized on these tabs:
  • Core Profile
  • Talent Profile
  • Verifiable Credentials
  • Hiring Process
  • Resume

Each tab includes dashboard panels that display a specific type of information. Panels can be re-sized or hidden from the Configuration Console. To update dashboard data, click the icon at the top of the dashboard panel.

Core Profile

These candidate information are displayed on this tab's dashboard panels:

  • Quick Links: Recruiters can use quick links to access this information about the candidate:
    • Approval Tracking: Information about hiring approvals is displayed. Administrators, approvers, and the requester can access approval tracking. They can perform actions or monitor requests that are awaiting approval, and view the history and errors that are associated with requests.
    • Positions Applied To: Other positions which the candidates apply to are displayed.
    • Interviews: All scheduled interviews for the candidate are displayed.
    • Screenings: All scheduled screenings for the candidate, such as background checks and credit checks, are displayed.
    • Correspondence: All correspondence to a candidate including email, notes, and attachments are displayed.
    • Notes: All notes that are taken about the candidate are displayed.
    • Attachments: All attached documents to the candidate's profile or job application are displayed. For example, resumes, cover letters, and offer letters.
  • Preferences: The candidate's work preferences such as salary expectations and willingness to work remotely are displayed.
  • Travel Documents: The candidate's travel documents such as passport, visa, or work permit are displayed. Recruiters can download the travel document.
  • Identification Numbers: The candidate's social security number and other identification numbers are displayed. Recruiters can download the identification numbers.
  • Identification Types: The candidate's drivers license or other IDs are displayed.
  • Self-Identification: The candidate's information such as gender, nationality, and ethnicity are displayed.
  • Dependents: The candidate's dependents and other related information are displayed.
  • Dependents and Beneficiaries: The candidate's dependents and beneficiaries and other related information are displayed.
  • Contact Information: The candidate's contact information such as home phone, mobile phone, and email address are displayed.
  • Addresses: The candidate's addresses such as mailing address and residential address are displayed.
  • Emergency Contacts: The candidate's emergency contact information is displayed.

Talent Profile

These candidate information are displayed on this tab's dashboard panels:

  • Work Assignments: The candidate's current work assignments, such as the current position, start date, location of the current position, and current manager are displayed.
  • Employment History: The candidate's previous and current employer names, previous titles, and time spent at each position are displayed.

    If the career credentials is enabled for an organization, then the Verifiable Credentials link is displayed from the Education, Employment History, Certification and License, and Drivers License lists.

  • Education History: The name of the institution, date, and specializations that is attended by the candidate are displayed.
  • Experience: Employment experience, such as Welder or Art Director, and the number of years for each are displayed.
  • Competencies and Skills: The candidate's competencies and skills, such as personal qualities, specialized skills, and software and hardware proficiency are displayed.
  • Certification and License: The candidate's credentials such as certifications and licenses are displayed.
  • Achievements: The candidate's achievements such as publications, offices held at organizations, and speaking engagements are displayed.
  • Competency and Skill Analysis: A gap chart of the competency and skills that the position requires and those possessed by the candidate are displayed.
  • Fit Analysis Overview: The percent fit for each type of qualification and the candidate's ranked potential are displayed.
  • Fit Analysis Skills: The essential and non-essential skills that the position requires and those possessed by the candidate are displayed.
  • Fit Analysis Education: The essential and non-essential levels of education that is required in the position and those possessed by the candidate are displayed.
  • Fit Analysis Credentials: The essential and non-essential credentials that is required in the position and those possessed by the candidate are displayed.
  • Fit Analysis Competencies: The essential and non-essential competencies that is required in the position and those possessed by the candidate are displayed.
  • Fit Analysis Behaviors: The behavior that is accessed, the candidate score, and the weight of the question are displayed.

Verifiable Credentials

The candidate's verifiable credentials such as education, certification and license, driver's license, and employment history are displayed on this tab's dashboard panel. Verifiable credentials are credentials that a candidate shares during a job application to an organization using the candidate's private key in Velocity Career Wallet.

Hiring Process

These candidate information are displayed on this tab's dashboard panels:

  • Screening Question Results: The candidate's responses to questions on the online job application, along with their score, are displayed.
  • Profiling Questions: The candidate's responses to profile questions on the online job application, along with the compatibility of their response, are displayed.
  • Screenings: The screening packages including background checks and assessments that are assigned to the candidate are displayed. The status of the package and score is displayed.
  • Offer and Contract: The candidate's offer and contract information such as offer status, offer date, and employment start date are displayed.
  • Interviews: The candidate's scheduled interviews and the results are displayed.
  • References: The candidate's references, contact information, and status in terms of recruiter verification are displayed.
  • Transition Programs: The candidate's transition programs and task status are displayed. If Transition Management is used in the process, then the dashboard is available.
  • Workflow Step History: The candidate's progression through the hiring workflow, such as the number of days that the candidates are in a specific step and the person who moved them to it, is displayed.
  • Application History: The candidate's application process history is displayed. For example, data might show that a candidate entered or left the status of Screen on a specific date.
  • Application Details: The candidate's information on a job application such as the Do Not Hire status, the candidate's current workflow step, and the disposition reason, is displayed. Recruiters can change the disposition reasons on this dashboard panel.

Resume

Depending on the organization's setup, a parsed HTML resume from Burning Glass or Talemetry is displayed. If a candidate does not have a resume and system-generated resumes are enabled in the organization, then system-generated resumes of the candidate is displayed.
