Specifying email notifications for automatically created requisitions

Administrators can specify emails that are sent to candidates when requisitions are automatically created and notifications that are sent to users. They can specify the email template and the notification message that are used.

Recruiters and recruiter administrators cannot override the Requisition Created When Position Vacated alert at the requisition level, like most of the other alerts.

  1. Select Talent Acquisition > Code Setup > Alert Notification Configurations.
  2. Select Requisition Created When Position Vacated.
  3. Specify this information:
    Send Email
    Select this feature to send email to candidates when requisitions are automatically created.
    Email Template
    Specify an email template that is used for these emails.
    User Notification
    Specify this feature to send notifications to users when requisitions are automatically created.
    Notification Message
    Specify a message that is used for these notifications.
  4. Click Save.
