Sending mass emails to candidates or job applicants

Recruiters and recruiter administrators can send mass emails to candidates or job applicants that are members of an eligibility group.

Note:

Mass emails use templates that the sender will not be able to modify, so email templates must be defined very precisely for the circumstances that require a mass email.
