Screening packages

Recruiters, recruiter administrators, HR generalists, and HR administrators can assign screening packages to individual resources or candidates. Screening packages give candidates the materials required to verify status or identity, such as a criminal background check or personality test. If third-party vendors are used, then the process templates delivered by Infor HR Talent must be configured. Integration with third-party vendors must be tested. See Assessment and background check processes.

For resources, business class = WorkAssignment, subject = HCMGroupScreening.

For candidates, business class JobApplication, subject HCMGroupScreening.

If packages are not auto assigned, then assign packages manually

Note: 

Internal candidates who have already been submitted to a screening are not re-assigned to the same screening.

If third-party vendors are involved, then send screening packages to third-party vendors (Mass send - resources) HR administrator Administrator > Resources > Screening Packages > Send Packages The third-party vendor returns an acknowledgment that all data has been received and the packages are moved to the In Progress status

5. If third-party vendors are involved, then request screening results from third-party vendors (Mass request results resources) HR administrator Administrator > Resources > Screening Packages > Request Results

If no third-party vendors are involved, then specify results on the assessment or background check form.

When results are returned by third-party vendor, the packages are moved to Completed status.
