Emailing candidate resumes
- The SoHo 4 UX web interface is required.
- Configurable hiring workflow must be enabled and used on all requisitions.
- Burning Glass or Talemetry must be used to parse resumes.
- The organization must be configured to send HTML resumes with email.
- In Workflow setup, on the Workflow Actions menu, the (Un)Mark/SendResume action must be set to Always Available.
- In the Actions tab of each workfow step for which you want to use this functionality, the (Un)Mark/Send Resume action must be enabled.
Recruiters and recruiter administrators can embed resumes in an email that can be sent to recipients. Resumes can be emailed from the Requisitions All tab, the Workflow tab, and the Resume tab. Resumes that have been successfully parsed can be viewed in the Resumes tab instead of downloading them.
- Click .
- Select a requisition.
- Click Workflow, All, or Resume.
- Select one or more candidates. The candidate must have at least one primary resume attached to the job application. If the candidate has a resume, then it is shown in the right-side panel.
- Select . To deselect a candidate's resumes, select a candidate and click .
- After you have selected resumes, click to embed the selected resumes in the email.
- Complete the form and click . If you selected more than one candidate resume to email, then the multiple emails render as HTML in the emails that are sent.
