The recruiter's Today view

Access Recruiter > Today to view current and new information related to the requisitions that you are assigned to.

Recruiter administrators can see all the information for all the recruiters. Recruiters can see only the information that is related to the requisitions that are assigned to them as recruiters. Recruiters who select another recruiter can view the other recruiter's requisition information only if they are assigned to the requisition as an alternate recruiter.

This view is not available to hiring managers. Hiring managers can access related information from Infor OS Portal or Infor Ming.le widgets.

  • Requisition Summary

    The Requisition Summary panel displays the status of the requisitions that the selected recruiter is assigned to and the number of requisitions in each status.

  • Pending Requisitions

    The Pending Requisitions panel shows the pending requisitions that the selected recruiter is assigned to.

    If the requisition is a priority requisition then a red alert is shown next to the Job Requisition ID.

    Select View Alternate Recruiter to view the requisitions that the selected recruiter is assigned to as an alternate recruiter.

  • My Personal Notes

    This panel displays all notes entered within 24 hours by the selected recruiter.

    If the panel cannot display the complete list, select View All to see the complete list.

    Click the + (plus) sign to add a note.

    Note: 

    Administrators can view all the notes, but cannot add notes on behalf of a recruiter. Recruiters can view only their own notes.

  • Interviews Today

    The Interviews Today panel displays any interviews scheduled for today's date for requisitions that the selected recruiter is assigned to.

    Select View All to see all current and upcoming interviews scheduled for requisitions that the selected recruiter is assigned to.

  • Offers

    The Offers panel displays all job applications in the Offer selection process for requisitions that the selected recruiter is assigned to.

    If the panel cannot display the complete list, select View All to see the complete list.

    Note: 

    If your organization is configured to display an alert when a job application remains in Offer status past a specified number of days, any offer that is not accepted within the specified number of days displays in red.

  • Offer Status

    This panel can be filtered to show offers in various statuses.

    Users can set the number of days that a candidate is in an offer status before an alert is displayed.

  • Newly Registered Candidates

    The Newly Registered Candidates panel shows candidates that have registered over the past 24 hours.

    If the complete list does not fit in the panel, then select View All to see the complete list.

    Click the + (plus) sign to add an external candidate.

    Note: 

    You can add an external candidate from Recruiter > Add A Candidate or from Recruiter > Candidate Pool.

  • Recruiting News

    This panel is available for Talent Acquisition versions 11.0.2.0.

    The panel provides recruiters access to recruiting news that has been shared with them. This could be links to internal training materials, upcoming conferences or blog posts, for example. Data in this widget reflects data in the panel of the Recruiting News widget. See Setting up the Recruiting News widget.

  • Recruiting Links

    This panel is available for Talent Acquisition versions 11.0.2.0.

    The panel provides recruiters access to links to frequently visited web sites that have been shared with them. These could be links to commonly used web sites such as LinkedIn or CareerBuilder. They could also be links to frequently visited functionality in the Talent Acquisition application, such as the Candidate Pool or Requisitions page. Data in this panel reflects data in the panel of the Recruiting News widget. See Setting up the Recruiting Links widget.

  • Candidate Alerts

    This report shows candidates to which actionable items are attached:

    • Do Not Hire: The candidate has applied to a requisition and is not eligible to be hired for another requisition.
    • Aging Candidate: The candidate has been in a hiring workflow step for an extended period and needs attention.
    • Candidate Hired: The candidate has been recently hired into one of your requisitions.
    • Expressed Interest:The candidate has expressed interested in a position but has not yet applied.
