Auto assigning screening packages

Screening packages must have Auto Assign Package enabled when they are created to be automatically assigned.

Internal candidates who have already been submitted to a screening are not re-assigned to the same screening.

When a resource is assigned to a position associated with a screening category, all screening packages created with the Auto Assign Package option associated with the screening category are assigned to the resource.

When a candidate submits a job application for a requisition associated with a screening category, all screening packages created with the Auto Assign Package option associated with the screening category are assigned to the candidate.

If an auto assigned screening package is also created for a selection process, the screening package is auto assigned when the candidate is moved to the selection process.
