Workflow actions that can be manually triggered
A workflow action is an event that is triggered by a workflow step. Examples include a change in offer status that is triggered by a candidate who completes the final step of a workflow or an email that contains instructions for completing background screening that is sent to a candidate who begins a screening workflow step. Customers who have implemented configurable hiring workflow can manually trigger workflow actions from the Requisition Dashboard and the Workflows Dashboard.
The application includes system-delivered actions. Administrators may have created additional actions. System-delivered actions and additional actions that can be manually triggered are shown together in the menus that are described here.
