Adding notes to requisitions

Notes are free-form comments that can accompany a requisition. Hiring managers can add notes only to requisitions that they have created and only when they are in Draft status.

  1. Select Recruiter > Requisitions. Managers can access Manager > Acquire Talent > Requisitions.
  2. Open the requisition to which you want to add a note.
  3. Click Notes.
  4. Click Create.
  5. Specify this information:
    Note Template
    Select a template if templates have been configured.
    Description
    Specify a description of the note.
    Note Text
    Specify the contents of the note.
  6. Click Save.
