Resolving import record errors

  • If a record has the status Failed, then an administrator edits the XML to correct the record. Follow the steps that are in this topic.
  • If a record has the status Manual Intervention Required, then a recruiter resolves the errors in Talent Acquisition. An administrator must manually update the record status.
  1. Access the Integrations dashboard.
  2. Double-click the integration. For example, double-click iCIMS.
  3. Click Records.
  4. In Recruitment Vendor Import Records, double-click a record that has a status of Failed. To update the status of a record with the status Manual Review Required, go to step 10.
  5. Click Details.
  6. Review the information in Error Details.
  7. Click Compare XML.
  8. In the Current XML field, identify the error and correct the code.
  9. Select Actions > Save.
  10. To update the status of a record with the status Manual Review Required after a recruiter has fixed the error in Talent Acquisition, double-click the record.
  11. Select Actions > Set Status To Handled.
  12. Click Submit.
