Assigning approver templates to requisitions

Recruiters and recruiter administrators can assign approver templates to requisitions. Template fields are editable only if the requisition status is blank or Draft. Template fields are displayed when the Enable Configurable Approver for Requisition feature is enabled for the organization.

Select Requisitions.
Open a requisition.
In the Approver Templates section, specify this information:

Requisition Approver Template

Select an approver template from the list of templates that are active and have been designated for use by requisitions.

Offer Approver Template

Select an approver template from the list of templates that are active and have been designated for use by offers.

Hiring Action Type Approver Template

Select an approver template from the list of templates that are active and have been designated for use by hiring actions.
