Mass recalculating percent fit for all job applications

Use this procedure to recalculate the percent fit for all job applicants associated with a requisition.

Note: 

Percent fits are automatically calculated when a candidate is attached to a job application, and recruiters can always recalculate percent fits for candidates whose profile has changed. This action is needed only if a position has changed in a way that would require recalculating percent fits (for example, if a new skill has been added).

To mass recalculate fit analyses

  1. Access Recruiter > Requisitions.
  2. Locate the requisition for which you want to mass recalculate fit percents.
  3. Right-click the requisition and select Mass Calculate Percent Fit.

    The fit percents for all existing applicants are updated.

    Note: 

    Candidates that apply for the position after this action will have their percent fit calculated according to the changed position parameters.
