Document logos in offer letter templates
Logos can be associated with organizations, organization units or locations. Some logos can be used for one organization, and other logos can be used for other organization units or locations. For example, an organization may have one logo for a parent company, but different logos for other subsidiaries, organization units or locations.
See Adding logos and banners to templates, Setting up logos and banners for organization units, and Setting up logos and banners for locations.
When logos are used at multiple organizational levels, logos are prioritized by the system as follows:
- Logos that have been assigned the template level are assigned first.
- Logs that have been assigned at lower-level organization units are assigned next.
- Logs that have been assigned at the organization level are assigned next.
Administrators can add document logos to offer letter templates. These are usually company or organization logos. Image files must be uploaded to the system library and then assigned to one or more organization units. The logo is used for all offer templates that are associated with the organization unit to which the logo is assigned.
To control the size of logos in templates, administrators can set the maximum image size for image files.
