Sending emails from attachments

Recruiters can send an email that includes a document already attached to a job application by sending the email from the attachment itself.

  1. Sign in as Recruiter and select Candidate Pool.
  2. Locate the candidate and open their application.
  3. Click the Correspondence tab.
  4. On the Attachments panel, click the Send Email button next to the attachment you want to forward.
  5. Select a template.

    The attachment is automatically attached to the email.

  6. Click Next.
  7. Click Send to send the email immediately. Click Finish to create the email in Created status so it can be reviewed and modified before it is sent.
  8. To send a Created email, right-click the email on the Correspondence tab and click Send. The status changes to Sent.
