Offer letter paragraphs can be created using the
SoHo 4 UX web interface. The HTML editor in the offer paragraph screen can be used to
check the number of line breaks between offer paragraphs and to add or remove them from
the offer letter PDF.

Select .

Click Create.

On the Details tab, specify this information:
- Offer Paragraph
- Specify the name of the offer paragraph and a description
that can help others to identify its purpose or
audience.
- Active
- Select the check box to make the paragraph available in the
system. Clear the check box to make the paragraph
unavailable.
- Body
- Specify the paragraph text.
The body uses a rich-text editor
to apply bold, italics, underlining, and bullets to an offer
letter.
To add a variable, press CTRL and right-click in
the Body field, then
select a variable.

Note: If you know the exact syntax of a variable,
then you can type that value directly into the text field. For
example, {CandidateFullNameName}. You do
not have to select from the list of
variables.

Click Save.

Click Eligibility Groups.
This field is available after the body text has been saved.

If an eligibility group is not
defined for a paragraph, then the paragraph is available for all candidates.

On the Eligibility Groups tab, click Create.

Click the new field and select a group.

Click Save.

To add more groups, repeat steps 2-8.
