Creating content for configurable job application processes

  1. Select Talent Acquisition > Application Setup > Content.
  2. Click Create.
  3. Specify this information:
    Transition Content
    Specify the name of the content.
    Description
    Specify a description of the content.
    Active
    Select this option to make the content available in the system.
    Use Internally Hosted Images
    Select this option to add internally hosted images, such as logos, to the content. When this option is selected, you can specify up to three images that are in the image library. When this option is not selected, you can specify up to three images from an external website.
    Image, Image 2, Image 3
    Available only when Use Internally Hosted Images is selected. Click Search in the field, specify an internally hosted image, and click OK. After you add an image to the content, you must place it in the text box, as described in step 4.
    Image URL, Image URL 2, Image URL 3
    Available only when Use Internally Hosted Images is not selected. Specify the URL of the externally hosted image. After you add an image to the content, you must place it in the text box, as described in step 4
  4. Specify the text content in the text box. If you added images, then you must place them in the content. To place an image, click the ellipsis in the bottom right-side corner, select Text Variable Placement, and click Image, Image 2, or Image 3.
  5. Click Save.
