Deleting offer letter templates

Only offer letter templates that are not being used can be deleted from the system.

  1. Select Template Setup > Offer Letters With Paragraphs > Offer Letter Templates.
  2. Select an offer letter template and click Delete.
  3. In the pop-up dialog, click Yes.
    Note: An offer letter template cannot be deleted if it is used in a job application.
