Candidate tags
Candidate tags are labels defined by administrators or recruiter administrators to categorize candidates. Candidate tags can be defined for use at the discretion of your organization. For example, tags can be defined for job types or to categorize the skill level of candidates.
Recruiters can assign tags to candidates as they are adding them into the system or after they have been added. A candidate can have multiple tags. For example, A-LIST and HEALTH ADMIN.
On Candidate Search, recruiters can use the Keyword field to locate candidates with a specific tag. This gives them a shortcut if they receive a requisition. For example, suppose you receive a requisition for a top executive position in administration. You may already have tagged some candidates as A-LIST to indicate that they are high-caliber candidates and you know that the candidates must have an MBA. On Candidate Search, you can specify A-LIST in the Keyword field and MBA in the Education field to generate a list of candidates that have the required education and have already been assessed as top candidates.
