Questions on requisitions
Questions for candidates can be added to requisitions. Questions that are included in the online application are shown with the candidate answers on the completed job application's Screening Questionnaire Form. Questions that are not included in the online application are shown on the completed application's Interview Response Form and can be used in subsequent interviews.
If a question set is attached to the requisition, then all the questions in the question set are shown on the Questions tab. You can also add questions that are not part of the catalog.
There are two ways to add questions to requisitions:
- Add questions from a question set: You can add all questions from one or more question sets. An organization can specify a default question set that defaults to all requisitions. An organization can also specify a question set that defaults to all requisitions that are assigned a specific position. Question sets that are specified at a position level override question sets that are specified at the organization level. You can substitute a different question set, or remove it, when you create or edit the requisition.
- Add questions from the catalog: You can add one or more questions from the question catalog without having to add an entire question set.
