Activating or inactivating recruiters
The only field you can modify on a recruiter is the Active status. Any changes to addresses, phone numbers, emails, and so on must be done on the resource record.
When a recruiter is inactivated, the recruiter cannot be associated with a new requisition, but existing associations with requisitions remain valid until you change them.
To activate or inactivate a recruiter
- Access Administrator > Talent Acquisition > Primary Setup > Recruiter Setup.
- Click the Active field for the recruiter record you want to inactivate.
- Select Yes to activate or No to inactivate, and click Save
- Specify the effective date and click OK.
