Configuring advanced interview scheduling

Recruiting administrators must add the custom API suite of the calendar platform and add the generated proxy endpoint in API Gateway.

  1. Select Administrator > Talent Acquisition > Primary Setup > Organization Configuration.
  2. Select an organization.
  3. Click Open.
  4. In the Interview Scheduling section, click Configure.
  5. Specify this information:
    Email Contact for Interview Scheduling Notifications
    Specify the email address of the contact person who receives system notifications from Cronofy if problems are experienced during the auto-generation process.
    Override Autogeneration of Credentials
    Select this check box to specify the sign-in credentials of the application manually.

    If you select this check box, you must specify the sign-in credentials of the application in the Application Key and Application Secret fields.

    Callback URL
    Specify the proxy endpoint that is generated after adding the custom API suite of the calendar platform.

  6. Click Submit.
  7. Click Save.
