Defining and maintaining interview scheduling

Interview scheduling reduces the transactional workload of hiring managers and recruiters so that they can focus on more strategic imperatives.

  1. Select Administrator > Talent Acquisition > Interview Setup > Interview Scheduling.
  2. Specify this information:
    Effective Date
    Required. Specify the effective date for the interview schedule.
    Active
    The interview schedule is active by default. Clear the Active check box to make the interview schedule inactive. Inactive interview schedule are not displayed in lists.
    Interview Scheduling Template
    Select an interview scheduling template.
    Description
    Specify a description of the interview schedule.
    Invite Type
    Specify the name of the invite type.
    Event Name
    Specify the name of the event.
    Event Description
    Specify a description of the event.
    Enter Different Message For Internal Attendees
    Specify a different message for internal attendees.
    Internal Attendee Invite Event Name
    Specify the name of the invite event.
    Internal Attendee Invite Event Description
    Specify a description of the invite event.
  3. Click Save.
