Candidate management in Classic mode

If your organization uses the Classic configuration in Talent Acquisition, applications are processed manually, based on settings that are hard-coded in the system. In other words, recruiters and hiring managers must move candidates through the hiring process manually. This is done by performing actions within a candidate's application or within a requisition.
