Enabling multiple locations and nationwide indicators in Talemetry

With implementations that use Talemetry, requisitions can be flagged as nationwide. This means that the requisition can be hired from any location. Requisitions that are flagged as nationwide in Talent Acquisition are passed to Talemetry through API. Talemetry can then use the nationwide flag on career sites such as Monster.

  1. Select Administrator > Talent Acquisition > Primary Set Up > Organization Configuration.
  2. Open the organization to configure.
  3. Select the effective date.
  4. Click Features.
  5. In the Recruiting Locations section, specify this information:
    Enable Additional Locations and Nationwide Indicator on Requisition
    Select this option to enable multiple locations or a nationwide indicator on requisitions in conjunction with Talemetry. You must specify a date in the Effective Date field before you save.
  6. Click Save.
