Self-identification setup
Self-identification is a set of questions that are related to the candidate's personal status. These questions are shown on the candidate's job application wizard. The self-identification questions that are required or permissible vary from country to country.

For each component, you can add instructional text. For example, "Specify your gender below."
To associate a self-identification with a job application, the requisition creator selects the self-identification configuration on the requisition. All job applications for that requisition include the applicable self-identification questions.
If you selected a default self-identification in
, then the self-identification is populated on all new requisitions. Recruiters and hiring managers can select a different self-identification when they create a requisition.The self-identification information given by the candidate is available to recruiter administrators and HR administrators only after the candidate has accepted the job offer. If the candidate is hired, this information becomes available to HR generalists as well. For job applications that are processed through Talent Acquisition, the recruiter administrator can specify the self-identification information on behalf of the candidate.
