Succession information for a resource
In Manage Resources, you can access a variety of succession information for a resource. This information is useful in calibration meetings when managers are determining successors for a position or evaluating a resource.
- Basic resource information: Current position, location, current manager, years with organization, potential, performance, strengths, areas of opportunity, retention risk.
- Succession plan for the resource: Includes talent pools and position-based succession pools
- Work assignments
- Work preferences
- Performance history
- Talent profile: Skills competencies, achievements, credentials, education, and employment history.
- Fit analysis and ability to model fit to another position
