Succession plans

Succession plans are used to monitor your resources' development toward taking on new roles. Succession plans are both a talent pool and a succession pool. Succession pools are position-based. Succession plans include an overview of succession pool bench strength by organization or organization unit. A succession plan provides a single location to view much of the succession information that is relevant to a talent pool or position-based succession pool.
