Charts in Succession Management
Several charts and graphs are available in Succession Management to help you evaluate and compare resources.
You can view pie charts for bench strength by selecting . These charts show the number of positions with successors ready now, ready in the future, or with no successors. The charts can be viewed for the entire organization or for an organization unit.
On the Talent Pools and Succession Pools tabs, you can see charts that divide resources into different categories. These charts are commonly called nine block charts. One axis of the chart uses indicators of performance and the other axis uses indicators of potential. You can define the number and description of the sections for these charts by selecting .
