or Facility Manager role to report an incident that you were not personally involved in. That
is, you can make a report on behalf of an employee.

Provide information as you would when viewing or updating a safety-incident record.
If this is an incident for inclusion in state or federal reports, select Include In OSHA Logs on the Details tab of the incident record.
