Creating incident types

  1. Sign in as Health & Safety Management.
  2. Select Set Up > Safety > Incident Types.
  3. Click Create.
  4. Type a code and description for the new incident type.
    Examples of incident types are Accident, Illness, Injury.
  5. Optionally, clear the Active check box to hide this option from users during incident reporting.
  6. Click Save.
