Creating an incident-generic report

Perform this task to create an ad-hoc report for a location. You must have the Safety Administrator role to perform this task.

  1. Sign in as Health & Safety Management.
  2. Select Reports > Safety Reports > Incident Reports.
    The Locations page is displayed.
  3. Select a location in the upper pane.
  4. In the lower pane, click Create Incident Report.
  5. Specify this information:
    Location

    The location previously selected is displayed.

    Incident Type

    Select Safety Incident or Near Miss.

    Begin and End Dates

    Select a start and end date for the report.

  6. Click Save.
  7. Click the browser Back button.
  8. On the lower pane of the Locations page, select the new row.
  9. Click Generate Report From Template.
  10. Complete the Select Template field, then click Submit.
    If no template is available, then you can create one.

  11. Click View Reports.

    The Incident Report Documents page is displayed with links to view the generated report in PDF or RTF format.
