Printing the COVID-19 Log

  1. Sign in as Health & Safety Management.
  2. Select Reports > Safety Reports > COVID-19 Log.
  3. Click the Full Log or Masked Log tab.
    The Masked Log tab omits personally identifying information for employees from the report.
  4. On the upper pane, select the establishment for the report.
  5. Click Create Report to display establishment information, the COVID-19 contact, and data on the bottom pane.

    Double-click a row to open an establishment that is listed on the upper pane. On the More Actions menu, indicated by an ellipsis, select Options > Print To PDF. Complete the Print To PDF page as directed in Landmark documentation and click Print. The PDF can be retrieved from the My Print Files list.
