Adding a treatment facility

  1. Sign in as Health & Safety Management.
  2. Select Set Up > Treatment Facilities.
  3. Click Create.
  4. Specify this information:
    Healthcare Treatment Facility
    Specify the full name of the facility.
    Description
    Specify the type of facility and why you are adding it.
    Country
    Select a country. Your options are limited to countries that have been added to the organization.
    Phone Country Code, Phone Number, Phone Extension
    Specify up to two complete telephone numbers to assist medical technicians, billing associates, and others to gather information directly from the facility.
    Active
    Optionally, clear the check box to hide this option from users.
  5. Click Save.
