Specifying chart options for an analytical report

  1. Sign in as Health & Safety Management.
  2. Access the report data to use.
  3. Click the Chart Options icon and select an option there.
  4. Click Select a period to chart in the chart pane and select an option there.
    You can select the current month or any month up to 12 months in the past.
  5. Optionally, drag the center bar or click the >> or << icon to change the size of the chart pane.
    Note: If the results involve large numbers of categories, then those with the smallest values might be grouped together in a category named Other.
