Defining establishments
Establishments can be defined for
OSHA reporting (US only) and to support COVID-19 reporting.
- Sign in as Health & Safety Management.
- Select Set Up > Safety > Report Configurations > OSHA > Establishments.
- Click Create. This action is displayed if the OSHA field is selected in the Country Configurable field in Organization configuration

Specify this information:
- Establishment
- Specify a unique code for the establishment.
- Description
- Specify a name for the establishment.
- Employer Identification Number
- Provide the Employer Identification Number (EIN) for this establishment. The EIN is displayed on these reports:
- OSHA 300A CSV report
- OSHA 300 PDF generated report
- OSHA 300, 300A and 301 lists and forms
- OSHA Establishment Year Data form

On the Details tab, specify
this information:
- SIC or NAICS

Specify at least one of these values, if any have been defined for the country where the establishment is located.
- Country

Select the country code.
- Establishment Type
- Select Not A Government Entity, State Government Entity, or Federal Government Entity.
- On the Address tab, specify the address, city, and state for the establishment.
- Click Save to enable the Locations tab.
- On the Locations tab, select a location to associate to the establishment.
- On the COVID-19 Contact tab, specify contact information for one or more people who can respond to inquiries about the organization’s COVID-19 metrics.
- Click Save.
