Report generation

There are several reports available to run in Infor HR Talent to support employee-safety management.

OSHA reports

OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) reporting is required for some U.S. organizations. They must use the format that is specified in official record-keeping forms.

See Creating a library of OSHA report templates.

Other safety reports

  • Incident reports by location, which use generic templates. You can add generic templates for use with these reports. See Creating incident generic templates.

  • Days Without Incident report for the organization’s locations with the dates of their last incident or injury

Analytical (cube) reports

These reports can help your organization determine areas of recurring risk. Use the data to identify programs that can prevent unsafe situations from recurring. Only Safety Administrators can access analytical (cube) reports:

  • Incident Analysis – presents incident-related data
  • Employee Incident Analysis – presents employee-incident-related data
  • Causal Analysis – presents incident-cause data
  • Safe Behavior Analysis – presents employee-safe-behavior data

COVID-19 Log

This report helps employers track and evaluate instances of employees who are COVID-19 positive. The COVID-19 Log shows date of the positive test and more, so employers can prevent those employees from coming in an office.

HR Talent Analytics reporting

If your organization uses HR Talent Analytics, then you have access to advanced reports. For more information, see the Infor HR Talent Analytics on Infor Birst User Guide.

Advanced information is presented on dashboards with reports and metrics that cover safety and near-miss incidents, observations, and days after last incident. You can analyze employee safety to create a safer work environment and minimize risks. You can identify negative trends so that business processes can be adjusted to improve employee safety.
