Safety profiles

Every employee has a safety profile that contains these records:

• The list of safety incidents for which the employee was listed as an employee case
• The list of near-miss incidents for which the employee was listed as an employee case
• The list of observations about the employee
• The list of safety behaviors that the employee has performed that have been reported by coworkers
