Creating follow-up tasks
Perform this task to add a new option to the list of follow-up tasks that can be assigned on an incident record.
- Sign in as Health & Safety Management.
- Select Set Up > Safety > Incident Follow up > Follow Up Tasks.
- Click Create.
- Specify this information:
- Description
- Specify a short name for the follow-up task.
- Development Activity
- Specify the name of the development activity to assign as a
follow-up task. For example, Attend
training class.Note: Your administrator can use the Employee Development setting to configure the source of the activities that are offered in this field. See the Infor HR Talent Setup and Administration Guide.
- Occupational Health Component
- Specify the name of the Occupational Health component to assign as a follow-up task. For example, Get blood tested.
- Summary
- Add a detailed description of the follow-up task.

Click Save.
The follow-up task is available for assignment to employees on incident records.
