Validating an employment record

Select Administrator > Resources > Resources.
Open the record for the employee, then select the Talent Profile tab.Or, select To Do > Qualification Tasks > Validate Qualifications.
- On the Employment History panel or tab, select the check box for the employment record.

Click the Validate button.
The employment record is validated with today's date.
Note:To validate an employment record with a different date, highlight the record, select Actions > Update. In the Additional Information section, select the Validated check box, specify the Validation Date, and click Save.
