Purging employee time records
A set of records can be purged from EmployeeTimerecord
. This
purge process can be used to delete time records when an incorrect file of time
record data is imported into Infor HR Talent. For
example, purging last week’s time record file that was imported again this week by
mistake.
Use the purge actions with caution. Purged records are permanently removed from the database.
These are the business rules for purging time records:
- Time records are purged that have a status = closed and type = 0.
- Time records that originated from Absence Time Off Requests, Absence Payouts or Benefits are not purged.
- Related Absence Service Records are purged if they have not yet been closed in Absence Management.
- Offset time records are purged if the related Exception time record is purged.
