Creating gender pronouns

In some countries or localities, your organization may be required to track gender pronouns for non-discriminatory purposes.

Note: This feature must be enabled by selecting Administrator > Set Up > Structure > Organizations, selecting an organization, and selecting the Gender Pronouns check box on the Country Configurable Feature tab.
  1. Select Administrator > Set Up > Resource Components > Personal Information > Gender Pronouns.
  2. Click Create.
  3. Specify this information:
    Gender Pronouns
    Specify the gender pronoun. For example, they/them, she/her, or he/him.
    Description
    Optionally, specify a description for the gender pronoun. If left blank, the gender pronoun is used as the default description.
    Active
    The gender pronoun is active by default. Clear the check box to inactivate it.
  4. Click .
