Reviewing time record purge errors

After purging employee time records, review any errors that were generated from the mass purge process. They have the error type Mass Purge.

  1. Select Time Administrator > Errors.
  2. Error details:
    Error Type
    Error type is Mass Purge.
    Message examples

    Time record cannot be purged because the related absence service record has been closed.

    Time record cannot be purged if there is a related service record and the Absence Process Plans action is currently in progress
