Resource contact information

A resource's contact information can consist of telephone numbers, fax numbers, email addresses, instant message address, and or mailing addresses. A resource can have as many contacts as they want, but they should indicate any preferred contact method and which mailing address to use for correspondence and payroll. A resource can also update this information in the Employee view, and a manager can update this information in the Manager view.
