Searching resources by Employment ID

Use this procedure to find resource records by employee ID number. The administrator actor must have the SearchEmployeeID_ST actor role assigned to access this function.

  1. Select Administrator > Resources > Resources.
  2. On the Resource Search tab, specify the Employment ID, and click Search.
  3. Open the resource to review.
