Creating, updating, or deleting grace periods

  1. Select Administrator > Resources > Resources.
  2. Open the resource to update.
  3. Click the Talent Profile tab.
  4. In the Grace Periods section, click Create.
  5. To add a grace period, click Create and specify this information and then click Save:
    Effective Date
    Specify the effective date.
    Grace Period
    Select the grace period.
    Grace Period End Date
    Specify the grace period end date.
    Credential
    If there is a credential that is associated with this grace period, select a credential.
    Completed
    You can set the grace period to completed if it no longer needs to be renewed or expired.
    Comments
    Optionally, provide comments.
  6. To update a grace period, open the grace period, make the changes, and click Save.
  7. To delete a grace period, right-click a grace period, click Delete and then confirm the deletion.
