Adding credentials

Select .

Open the resource to update.

Click the Talent Profile
tab.

In the Credentials section, click Create.

Specify this information:
- Effective Date
- Specify the effective date.
- Credential
- Select the credential.
- Credential Number
- Specify the credential number.
- Digital ID
- Specify the digital ID.
- Original Credential Date
- Specify the date when the credential was originally earned.
- Most Recent Renewal
- Specify the date when the credential was last renewed.
- Expiration Date
- Specify the credential expiration date.
- Expiration Notice Sent
- Specify the date when the credential expiration notice was
sent.
- Completed
- Select this check box if the credential no longer needs to be renewed or
expired.
- Validated
- Specify the date when the credential was validated and specify the
validation date.
- Credential Source
- Specify the credential source.
- Organization Sponsored
- Select this option if the credential is sponsored by the
organization.
- Attachment
- Add attachment and provide file description. Click Historical Documents to view the
list of all documents that are associated with this credential.
- Comments
- Provide comments.
