Standard time records
Time records can be created by running an action for a specific standard hours schedule or by using a set action that selects all active standard hours schedules. Time records can be created for all active schedules or for a specific schedule.

Time Entry must be enabled.

Active Standard Hours Schedule attached to Work Schedules. Work Schedule is attached to Work Assignments.

Pay Code and Eligibility Group are assigned to Standard Hours Schedule.

Hours must be defined for Standard Hours Schedule.

Work Assignment is active and meets the criteria of the eligibility group on the Standard Hours Schedule.

Payment Schedules exist on Work Assignments. Work Assignment pay frequency matches payment schedule frequency.

Pay periods must exist for time record dates that are being created or an error occurs.
