Creating attachment types

  1. Select Administrator > Set Up > Resource Components > Attachment Types.
  2. Click Create.
  3. Specify this information:
    Attachment Type

    Specify the name of the document type.

    Description

    Specify a description of the document type. If you leave this field blank, the name of the document type in Attachment Type is displayed.

    Active

    Optionally, clear this check box to make the attachment type inactive. Inactive attachment types are not displayed in select lists.

  4. Click Save.
    Note: 

    You cannot delete an attachment type that is currently associated with a candidate or requisition record in the system.
