Sources setup
The source indicates how the candidate or resource learned about the job opening. Generic sources indicate the main categories of job-discovery methods. For example, JOB FAIR or INTERNET SEARCH. You can also use sources to identify contracting companies for contracted resources.
Sources are required on a candidate or newly hired resource record.
For each source that you create, you can optionally create specific sources to better track your recruitment investments. For example, if the source is CONTRACTOR, you could create all of the contracting vendors that your organization uses. Or if INTERNET SEARCH is a source, you could create a specific sources like LINKEDIN, INDEED, and COMPANY CAREERS PAGE.
